Where did the background go?

It seems like it's a ritual for me to reinvent this blog's design every other year or so. I guess I figure if I rebuilt it in some way shape or form I would be more motivated to post entries on it. It is also true that I just like to reinvent myself and if this blog is to be believed as an extension of me then, by the transitive property of that analogy, reinvent the blog. For once though, the redesign and overhaul of this blog is actually necessary. Some time ago, the host site for my pictures and graphics must have went down, out of business, or disappeared in the bermuda triangle of the internet. As such, there is no longer any color when visiting this blog and any posssible reader will only find black text on a white background. Upsetting that is...

So, I'm going to have to force myself and take some time to mess around with html again. The more difficult aspect will be creating new artwork for the banner since I lost most of my art and graphics from the move I made from one laptop to the other. So that's a real pain...

I guess I'll deal with that later...for nowzies, I should get some sleep so I can hit the gym tomorrow. I always feel more productive when I actually wake up early...which is something I haven't been doing much of as of late.
